I would like to appreciate Learning Space Foundation team for starting Suraksha Aur Sammaan campaign at our school on 17 Nov 2018 and organizing personal safety education workshops for 130 students of classes 7, 8 & 9 every week since then. We would like to thank Ms Kaumudi Nagaraju, Co-founder & Executive Director, Learning Space Foundation for conducting a training session on Protection of Children against Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act for the hostel welfare officers under unit of BC welfare department in Nalgonda district. The Act was presented in an interesting and thought-provoking manner with many examples which made it easy to understand the Act. We are sure that your sessions on ‘Assertiveness’ and ‘Self-defense techniques’ help the girls in building their confidence and self-esteem. I would like to appreciate you for conducting an awareness sessionfor our Anganwadu trainee teachers on ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (PoSH) Act.’ It was an engaging and empowering session which sensitized them about the fine line between healthy mixing of colleagues of different sexes and the behaviour amounting to sexual harassment. You have done a wonderful job and we look forward to more training session from you in future.

Thank you for donating food to the homeless people for the past 3 years as part of our Under the Stars event on 1 October. Your commitment to helping destitute people is appreciated by those who help them and most importantly by those who benefit from our services.

Thank you very much for involving about 510 our students of grades 6 – 8 in your Suraksha Aur Sammaan program and teaching them about their rights, personal safety and basic laws related to them. All the sessions conducted during this 4-month program were very useful and our students attended yoru sessions with great interest and enthusiasm. Some of the parents appreciated us for conducting such useful trainings for their children.
